AndhraPradesh Election 2019

The Whole country is gearing up for the 2019 elections. Most parties are busy handing out tickets to its candidates as they await the announcement of teh Elections dates for andhra pradesh as well as other states of India.

The last general elections in 2014 was for a united Andhra Pradesh. This will be the first parliament election for the state as a bifurcated AndhraPradesh. In Andhra Pradesh there are 25 lok sabha constituencies.

Assembly polls will be held simultaneously with Lok Sabha Elections in Andhra Pradesh. Elections to the 175 Assembly seats and the 25 Lok Sabha seats in Andhra Pradesh, which will see a single-phase election, will be held on April 11, 2019. The last day of nomination for Assembly and Lok Sabha Elections is March 25 and the last date of withdrawing nominations for both assembly and Lok Sabha is March 28, 2019. Results to the Assembly and Lok Sabha Elections will be announced on May 23, 2019, with the counting of votes taking place on the same day.
