Apple, Papaya, Water melon, Musk melon, Mango, Plums, Lemon Water, Coconut water, Thin Salted Lassi barley Sattu.

Day 2

Break Fast

Sproutes, 01 Cup Tea/Salted Lassi.

Mid-day Meals

Lemon Water/Coconut/Pumkin Juice.

Lunch

01 Katori Dal & 02 Chapaties/01 Missi Roti & Salad.

Tea

01 Cup Tea/01 Cup Coffee/Lemon Water & 02 Marie Biscuits.

Dinner

01 Katori Urad Dal/ Moong Sprouted/Salad

01 Veg Sandwich (Cucumber/Tomatto)& 01 Cup Tea/Lemon water.

Mid-day Meals

Cucumber kakadi/Lemon Water/Coconut water.

01 Katori Loki/Tinda/Tori & 02 Chappattis.
