By-Election-2009 Results [New]

The State Assembly election 2009 were held in Haryana, Maharashtra and Arunachal Pradesh on October 13. The Counting of votes took place on October 22 and the results were announced in all the three states on that day itself.

The Congress party proved their power in all the three states namely Maharashtra, Haryana and Arunachal Pradesh. But, there is a short of absolute majority in Haryana. You can view the result of the Assembly Election 2009 is provided below.

The Election Commission has announced that the Jharkhand Assembly Elections will be held in five phases and it will commence from November 27. The voting will end by December 18 and the votes will be counted on December 23.

The 15th Lok Sabha elections were held in five phases from April 16 to May 13. These elections are important at the national level and it shows the strength of ruling party. The Votes are counted and results were announced on May 16. The details of Election Results are displayed below according to the states.

There are 13 vacancies in the Council of States (Rajya Sabha) from various States that rae shortly to be filled up. The list is as follows Bihar - 1, Chhattisgarh - 1, Madhya Pradesh - 2, Maharashtra - 3, Orissa - 1, Rajasthan - 1, Delhi - 1, Jammu and Kashmir - 1, Haryana - 1, Uttar Pradesh - 1. The date of by polls for the above seats is on 10th August, 2009.
