Egg Kuruma


Onion-1 cup
Ginger-1/2 inch
Garlic-5 flakes
Dry chilly-2
Masala powder(turmeric powder,chilly powder,dhaniya powder and garam masala powder)-1 tbsp
Coconut scrapped-1/2 cup
Roasted dal -2 tbsp
Curry leaves,coriander leaves
Sliced onion-1/2 cup
Sliced tomato-1/4 cup
Green chilly-1


Saute onion,ginger ,garlic,dry chillies till golden brown.
Add masala powder,coconut .off stove.
Add roasted dal,mix all and grind to paste.
In oil season mustard seeds,urad dal,curry leaves.
Add onion,green chilly,saute it.
Add tomato ,saut´┐Ż it.
Add grinded paste,salt and boil with required water.
Now cut and add the eggs directly in the gravey and close the lid.(don't stir it)
Leave for 4 mts.
Then mix evenly(cut the egg as pieces inside)
Sprinkle coriander leaves.
Serve with chappathi ,dosa.
