Ingredients
Meal maker-20 pieces
Garam masala-2 tbsp
Green chilly -6
Ginger-1/2 inch
Garlic-4 flakes
Mint leaves-little
Onion chopped-1 cup
Tomato chopped-1/2 cup
Coconut scrapped-1/4 cup
Egg-3
Potato-2
Salt
Oil
Method
Soak mealmaker in hot water for 15 mts.
Cook the potato and cut to pieces.
Beat the egg and keep aside.
Grind coconut,ginger,garlic,masala powder to paste.
Splutter mustard seeds in oil,add mint leaves,onion and green chillies and sauted well.
Add tomato ,sauté well.
Add coconut paste and mix till raw smell goes.
Add water,salt and boil it.
Add mealmaker(squeezed),potato and egg.
Boil well till gravey level.
Sprinkle coriander leaves.
Serve with tiffin items.
