Vegetable Plain Curries

Items required:


Soy flakes-1 cup
vegetables like beans, carrot etc.- 250 Gms
Curry leaves- little
Seasoning
Chillies-3
Oil- little

Method

Take little oil in the pan put jeera, mustard, and red chillies. Let them splutter. Now add curry leaves, green chillies, soy flakes, and cabbage. Cook till done. [Other plain curries can be made in the same manner by changing the vegetables like beans, carrot etc.]
