Soy Flakes- 1 cup
Sliced onions-1 cup
Cut tomatos- 1 cup
Grated carrot- � cup
Chopped green chillies-2 tspcurds- 2 cups
Powdered pepper-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Put the Soya flakes in the hot water for five minutes, drain the water. To this add onions, tomatoes, carrot, green chillies, pepper powder, and salt to taste.
This tastes good with pulao and rotis.
