Soy chunks- 10 or 12
Rice- 250 gms, Onions- 2
Peas- 3 tsp, Other vegetables- as desired Chilli, ginger and garlic paste- 2 tsp
Garam masala- 1 tsp
Little oil and ghee Coriander Salt to taste.
Method Wash rice, drain the water and keep it aside. Take oil in the pan and fry soy chunks. Put them in the water for five minutes and drain the water. In the oil put masala paste, garam masala, onions and fry. Then add all the other vegetables , peas, rice and soy chunks. Add 400 ml of water and salt to taste. Cook till done. Dress with coriander and serve hot with raita.
