1 cup soy nuggets, 2 tbsp garlic paste
2 tbsp ginger paste, 2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tbsp green chilli paste
1/2 bunch coriander leaves,
chopped finely 2-3 onions chopped finely chopped
2 tsp Soya sauce,
1 1/2 tablespoon of soy flour, dissolved in water Juice of 1/2 lemon Little Sugar Salt to taste Oil for deep frying the soy nuggets
Dip soy nuggets in hot water for five to ten minutes and drain. Now roll the nuggets in corn flour powder and deep fry and keep aside. For gravy, in a pan take little oil fry garlic, ginger, chilli paste chilli powder, turmeric, onions. To this add Soya sauce, soy flour dissolved in water. Now add little lemon juice, salt, sugar, and coriander leaves. Slowly drop the soy nuggets into the gravy. Serve hot with rice, pulao, or rotis.
