Soak Soya Granules in hot water for five minutes and strain the water off In a pan, fry dry fruits and keep aside. Take one tsp ghee and fry crushed peas and move it aside in the pan. Take another tsp of ghee and fry soy granules and move it to a side. Take one tsp of ghee and fry grated carrot and move it to a side. Mix all three items and add Khoya, corn flour, sugar one after the other and cook for five minutes. Add milk and boil for another five minutes. Remove it to a serving bowl. Add Elaichi powder and top it with dry fruits.
