Kurkure Soy Chaat

Ingredients:

  • Kurkure Masala Munch - 2 cups
  • Soy granules - 2 cups
  • Cut onions - 1 cup
  • Grated carrot - 2 tsp
  • Grated capsicum - 2 tsp
  • Grated beetroot - 2 tsp
  • Grated cabbage - 2 tsp
  • Tomato pieces - 1 cup
  • Fresh peas - 1 cup
  • Chaat Masala - 2 tsp
  • Coriander - 1 bunch
  • Grated cheese - 4 tsp
  • Rock salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon Juice - 2 tsp
  • Honey - 2 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - 2 tsp

    Method:

    Take Oil in a pan and fry the soy granules for two minutes. To this add all the vegetables and fry lightly. To this add chaat masala, honey, salt, lemon juice and garnish with coriander and grated cheese. Top it with Kurkure Masal Munch. Enjoy this Power packed Soy Kurkure Chaat !!! Bharathi Kaza
