Sprouts Special Veg Omlets

Items Required

(jowar, bajra, ragi, green gram,chana dal and any others.)
  1. Rice- 3 cups
  2. Soya- � - cup
  3. Methi- 1 tsp
  4. Sabudana- � cup
  5. Barley- 1 tsp
  6. Jeera –1 tsp
  7. Green chillies- 3
  8. Ginger- 1 tsp
  9. Curry leaves- little
  10. Salt- to taste


Method

Take all the pulses and soak, till they sprout.(48 hours).
Soak rice, barley, sabudana for 3-4 hours and grind all these together adding jeera, chillies and salt.
Add curry leaves. Leave for three hours and make omlets. Garnish with fresh vegetables.
