Soy Spicy Chat
Items required:
Soya nuggets-20 balls(deep fry them, dip in water for five minutes, remove and keep them aside)
Chopped onions- 1 cup
Finely cut tomatoes- 1 cup
Boiled and sliced potatoes- 1 cup
Grated carrots-3
Curd- 1 cup
Finely chopped coriander and chillies Lemon juice- 3 spoons
Sugar or honey-2 spoons
Chat masala- 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Method
Mix Soya nuggets, onions, tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, sugar and limejuice. Mix it with curd, coriander, and green chillies. The chat is good as evening snack and can be made in minutes.
