Soy Pakoras
Items required:
Soy flakes- 1 cup
Potato boiled and mashed- 1 cup or 2 Medium sized Potatoes
Rice flour- 2 tsp
Basin – 2 tsp
Garlic, chilli, ginger paste- 1 tsp
Chilli powder- 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
Method
Mix boiled potatoes and soy flakes, to this add garlic, chilli and ginger paste, chilli powder, salt and required amount of rice & basin flour . Drop them in the oil to deep fry. Serve it with sauce or chutney. Tastes good as evening snack. Note : To this, for Making Pakoras, Soya Flakes need not be soaked in water. They can be used directly to retain crispiness.
