Soy Methi Pakoras
Items required:
Soy flakes- 1 cup
Methi- 2-3 bunches
Rice flour- 2 tsp
Basin – 2 tsp
Garlic, chilli, ginger paste- 1 tsp
Chilli powder- 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
Method
Mix methi, soy flakes, to this add garlic, chilli and ginger paste, chilli powder, salt and required amount of rice & basin flour . Drop them in the oil to deep fry. Serve it with sauce or chutney. Tastes good as evening snack. Note : To this, for Making Pakoras, Soya Flakes need not be soaked in water. They can be used directly to retain crispiness.

Same way make other pakoras only changing the vegetable alone like, Onion, Cabbage, Palak pakoras and mixed vegetable pakoras..
