Kurkure Soy Chaat
Ingredients: Kurkure Masala Munch - 2 cups Soy granules - 2 cups Cut onions - 1 cup Grated carrot - 2 tsp Grated capsicum - 2 tsp Grated beetroot - 2 tsp Grated cabbage - 2 tsp Tomato pieces - 1 cup Fresh peas - 1 cup Chaat Masala - 2 tsp Coriander - 1 bunch Grated cheese - 4 tsp Rock salt - 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice - 2 tsp Honey - 2 tsp Salt - to taste Oil - 2 tsp
Method:
Take Oil in a pan and fry the soy granules for two minutes. To this add all the vegetables and fry lightly. To this add chaat masala, honey, salt, lemon juice and garnish with coriander and grated cheese. Top it with Kurkure Masal Munch. Enjoy this Power packed Soy Kurkure Chaat !!! Bharathi Kaza
