BJP candidate from Fatehpur Sikri Babulal Choudhary had secured a lead of 57498 votes over his nearest BSP rival and then sitting MP, Seema Upadhyay in the Fatehpur Sikri assembly segment in 2014. However, the upcoming 2017 assembly election to the seat will be a different ballgame altogether and is all set for keen contest among the BJP, SP and BSP. Congress will also try to be in the reckoning.
