The BJP had secured 116130 votes in the Anupshahr assembly segment in the last general Lok Sabha polls in 2014, a significant rise from 12247 votes in 2012. The party’s Bulandshahr Lok Sabha candidate Bhola Singh had secured a massive lead of 77481 votes over his nearest BSP rival Pradeep Kumar Jatav in the Anupshahr assembly constituency.
