Mumbai, March 29 (IANS) Pulkit Samrat is not as "innocent" as he looks, says his "Bangistan" co-star Riteish Deshmukh.

Ahead of the film's premiere on Hindi movie channel &pictures on Saturday, Riteish said: "Pulkit looks very innocent but don't go by his looks. He is the most notorious person on the sets with a poker face. I had a great time shooting for this film. Even post pack-up, we all used to spend time together."

Riteish, who himself has great comic timing, also praised Pulkit's sense of humour.

"When you see 'Bangistan', you will see Pulkit has a natural flair for comedy. Also, the young energy he brings to the table is great. The character he plays, Pravin Chaturvedi, is very flamboyant and Pulkit captures the character beautifully," he said.

Even for Pulkit, it was a joyride to shoot the satirical film, directed by Karan Anshuman and produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani.

"Shooting for 'Bangistan' was a lot of fun. Riteish was the one who used to create all the fun with his jokes, stories and brilliant sense of humour and it never felt like work, but more of fun," he said.

The actors are looking forward to the movie showcase on TV.

Amyra's elephant love on 'Kung Fu Yoga' set

Actress Amyra Dastur, who is currently shooting in Jaipur for her first international project "Kung Fu Yoga", is an animal lover and she ensured that elephants used during the film's shoot were taken care of.

For a particular scene in the Jackie Chan starrer, elephants were brought to the set.

Talking about the same, Amyra said: "I never rode the elephant but we were using them on set and I'm a huge animal lover, so I helped to make sure that they were well taken care of.

"I played with them and made sure their owners let them sit in the shade and fed them bananas. I made sure they had water."
