Trinamool Congress appears to have an edge in the Krishnanagar Dakshin assembly constituency. Minority community will play a decisive role in the outcome of the results. It would be a three-cornered contest among TMC, CPM and BJP. The Congress does not stand a chance. A division of votes among the opposition parties will ensure that TMC will have the last laugh.
