Khanakul Assembly Elections 2016

The minority community, which had deserted the CPIM, will play a decisive role in the outcome of the Khanakul. The party which will have their support will stand to gain. Once one of the strongest strongholds of CPIM, Khanakul , which had elected a Trinamool Congress MLA in the last assembly elections, can go either way. However, TMC has the edge in this violence prone assembly constituency.
