Nayanthara Biography
Nayanthara was born on 18 november in 1984(27) in Bangalore, Karnataka.but She is a Daughter of Kurian Kodiyattu and Omana Kurian.Basically she is a christian.
She started her acting debut in 2003 in the Malayalam film Manassinakkare. She debuted in Tamil cinema with Ayya played as heroine with Sarathkumar in 2004 and in Telugu cinema with Lakshmi in 2005, following which she starred popular lead Actresss. Following several commercial successes such as Chandramukhi in 2005, Ghajini in 2005 and Billa in 2007, in Billa she played Glamour Role, after that she had established herself as one of the leading contemporary actresses in Tamil cinema.
While shooting for her Tamil film Vallavan, she was romantically linked with the film's director and co-Actress Silambarasan , however she dump with Silambarasan. During the making and after the release of her film Villu, reports suggested that she was in a relationship with its director Prabhu Deva, with some sources even claiming that both had married secretly in June 2009.She had tattooed his name on her wrist, and began appearing with him in public, while keeping silence and refusing to comment about the issue, neither denying nor confirming the relationship.In September 2010 then, Prabhu Deva openly confessed his love for Nayanthara and further stated that he would marry her soon.
The issue soon gained media attention and turned into a controversy, since Prabhu Deva was already married with Ramalath and they got 2 childrens, Prabu Deva and Nayanthara attending functions together and receiving awards.Now Prabhu Deva and Nayanthara lived together in mumbai.very soon they will
going to be enter in the martial Life.Before that Nayanthara converted to Hinduism at the Arya Samaj Temple in Chennai On August 7, 2011 for marry Prabhu Deva. She went through Shuddhi Karma, a procedure involving a Vedic purification and a Homan where Nayan chanted the hymns from Veda and Gayathri mantra under the guidance of the priest.
After the purification ceremony, a Certificate of Conversion to Hinduism was issued to her and her stage name, Nayanthara, became her official name.
She got In the year of 2003 - Asianet Award for Best Female New Face of the Year Award for Manassinakkare, 2007 - Vijay Award for Favourite Heroine for Billa film,
2007 - Tamil Best Music Award for Best Stylish Heroine for Billa, 2008 - Vijay Award for Favourite Heroine for Yaaradi Nee Mohini,
2010 - Close-Up Super Jodi Award, 2010 - Asianet Award for Best Actress for Bodyguard Malayalam Film.
